They are not an approval, a pre-approval, a commitment to lend, or a determination of eligibility for any program. Actual eligibility is decided by the agency or lender administering each program, based on their own criteria and verified documentation.

Program availability, dollar amounts, income limits, and requirements change frequently and without notice, and funding for assistance programs can be exhausted at any time.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, credit, or mortgage advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your finances or a home purchase.

4. Information you submit

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are submitting your own information, or that you have authority to submit it. Do not submit anyone else's contact details without their permission.

You agree not to submit sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card numbers through this site.

By submitting a form, you agree that Down Payment Grants, REVOL Real Estate, and our partner lender may contact you at the email address and phone number you provide, including by automated text message and by phone, about down payment assistance programs, our webinars, and related services.
